Evaluation for our audience feedback on the music video and digipak
- Following forms and conventions allowed audiences to instantly recognize the indie genre
- The music video was not liked by some because they did not like the type of music or genre, but for those who did like it, you could see that they were surprised by how good it was - seen by their responses
Positives
- Indie fans liked the video and digipak
- Everyone who answered the question about the digipak had a positive response and they feel it works really well with branding our artist
- Audiences instantly recognized it was an indie genre
- The editing/filters were praised by a few people
Negatives
- The music is for a niche market and therefore so is the video - unfortunately for this reason, the people that don't like indie music, they did not like the video
- An audience member wrote 'Looks Cheap' and therefore the not so great visual quality affected whether people liked it
